
We're so pleased to host you and hope that you and your group enjoy all that our property has to offer. We ask that a few simple rules be followed to ensure an exceptional and memorable experience. As such, we've outlined our House Rules and Rental Conditions below. Please note that we are available via a quick message should you have questions at any time.
House Rules:
1. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking, etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 10 PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times;
2. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM-8 AM;
3. No smoking allowed;
4. Pets are allowed with non-refundable deposit and agreed to in writing in advance of check-in. Pet fee will be emailed after booking;
5. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Do not exceed the maximum allowable vehicles. All vehicles must be parked on the paved driveway or in designated parking areas;
6. Parties/events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated;
7. If the neighbors are disturbed, Silo on the Ridge owners reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund;
8. No glass containers may be used near the hot tub. We have provided plastic drinkware in the wet bar area at the kitchenette adjacent to the deck area;
9. Tenant must maintain all property and furnishings in good order;
10. Tenant may only use appliances for their intended use;
11. Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property;
12. All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter;
13. Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed-upon occupancy limit. Two additional guests are permitted with permission from the owner, and by paying for the additional guest fee in advance of your check in date;
14. Renters are responsible for doing a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home. We aim for a wonderful experience for your stay and want to ensure everything is working properly upon arrival.
15. All trash must be taken out and placed in the onsite trash bins during your stay and upon check out.
16. Hot tub use is strictly prohibited between 12 AM-7 AM. Use during these hours will result in a $1,000 fine;
17. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time. Please note that these rules are for the safety of your group and to ensure the house stays in good condition for other renters.
18. Please do not walk off with our stuff. Housekeeping has an inventory list and sends pictures of these things when cleaning. If you want something that's for sale, please refer to our marketplace in the guidebook and we will happily let you take one home. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge you for missing items from the inventory.
19. Lost & Found: Please let us know if you leave something behind. We can typically find it but not always. If you cannot retrieve it yourself, we ask that guests pay for shipping plus a $25 administration fee to mail the item back you.
